Our entire team is fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in pet first aid, ensuring we have the skills and security in place to provide professional, safe, and compassionate care.

 To ensure we are the perfect fit for your family, every new client receives a complimentary meet and greet, and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have. To ensure we provide the most tailored experience possible, we maintain in depth profiles for every pet in our care, covering every detail about their personality and needs, and we keep you connected with real time updates and regular photos throughout our visits. 

Our team has extensive experience across a wide range of animals including cats, birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians, and livestock, alongside dogs of all types. We are comfortable caring for large and strong breeds, elderly pets, those with health conditions, and pets requiring medication, as well as those who are extremely reactive. We are always happy to accommodate unique requests and pride ourselves on being a trusted partner for pet owners in our local area. While our core service area covers the ME14 to ME20 radius, we encourage you to reach out even if you are outside of this area incase we can make it work, we would love to help your pets live their happiest and healthiest lives while you are away.
