We offer both solo and group walks so the choice is entirely up to you.

If you prefer group walks, please note that all dogs must pass a trial session to ensure they are comfortable in a social setting and get along well with all other members of the pack. Because solo walks provide dedicated one on one attention, these sessions are priced slightly higher than our group rates.

We accept payment via bank transfer and cash.

Yes, we are experienced in handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. For reactive dogs or those who need extra space, we recommend our solo walks, which allow us to provide dedicated one on one attention and a calm environment. We will discuss your dog’s specific needs during our initial consultation to ensure we provide the right care and safety for them.

Yes, we absolutely love working with large breeds and have extensive experience with them. Our team is well versed in caring for breeds such as Great Danes, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, German Shepherds, rottweilers…… We are fully equipped and comfortable providing the dedicated care these larger companions require.

We require five days of notice for standard service cancellations. Holiday stays require one month notice. 

We have extensive experience administering medication and are happy to support your pet's health needs. Our team is well versed in providing various treatments, including asthma pumps, insulin injections, tablets, and creams.

To ensure the safety of your pet, all health and medication details must be formally documented using our digital medication forms via Zoho Forms before we begin care.

We provide pet care services throughout the ME14 to ME20 areas. If you are located outside of this radius, we still encourage you to reach out, as we try our best to accommodate and assist all clients whenever possible.

Yes, we offer this service for pets that require constant supervision. This specialized care is billed at double our standard rate to provide the dedicated attention your pet needs.

Your pet's safety and well being are our top priorities. We have a wealth of experience in professional pet care, and every member of our team is fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in pet first aid. We take these steps to ensure that your companions are always in safe and capable hands. Documentation for our insurance and training certifications can be provided to owners upon request.

While we would love to support every pet in our community, we are currently unable to accept bookings for banned dog breeds. This is due to the specific requirements of our insurance policies, which prevent us from working with these breeds. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you are able to find the right care for your companion.

We want to make sure both you and your pet feel completely at ease with our service. Here is what you can expect when starting with us:

1. Initial Enquiry: Reach out to us to share your needs and details about your pet. We will discuss your requirements and check our availability.

2. Meet and Greet: We will arrange a time to come by and meet you and your pet. This is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss your pet’s routine, and ensure we are a great match.

3. Trial Day: Once we have confirmed we are a good fit and received all appropriate paperwork, we will arrange a trial day. This allows your pet to get used to our team and helps us understand how they settle in with us.

4. Probation Period: After your first few sessions, we operate a short probation period. This ensures that our services continue to be a perfect fit for your pet’s ongoing needs and that everyone is happy and comfortable moving forward.

We value clear communication and want you to be informed about your pet while you are away. For every visit, we send you a message when we arrive and another when we leave. Along with these updates, we provide photos/videos and a brief summary of what happened during our time together so you know exactly how your pet is doing and that they have received all the care and attention they deserve.

We are happy to provide care on both weekends and bank holidays.

For weekend services, we add £5 surcharge to each service and provide these sessions upon request, subject to our team availability.

We work on bank holidays with no extra charges

We understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need care on short notice. We are happy to accommodate ad hoc and last minute bookings whenever we have space available in our schedule. Please note that we can only accept these requests once you have completed an initial meet and greet and a successful trial session with us. If you have already completed these steps, please reach out as soon as you need support and we will do our best to fit you in
